Rich & Wanda Ferguson

Rich & Wanda are both missionary kids who have returned to the mission field to fulfill the call God has upon their lives. For 25 years, Rich and Wanda ministered to youth and children in Peru dedicating themselves to training NextGen workers and developing evangelism and discipleship materials. They have also reached young people with the Gospel by holding Soccer Salvation Camps (for teenage boys) and Volleyball with Values Camps (for teenage girls).

Currently, the Fergusons serve with Latin America Advanced School of Theology (LAAST) in the office of Registrar and Academic Dean. This ministry enables the Fergusons to train and impact pastors, missionaries and church leaders across Latin America. LAAST or ISUM (Instituto de Superación Ministerial), serves the Assemblies of God in Latin America and offers seminars for students to complete bachelor’s degrees in theology. ISUM/LAAST’s slogan is Conocimiento y Fervor (Knowledge and Zeal); providing students with dynamic Theological Training to remain fully Pentecostal in experience and practice. The Fergusons will also partner with the Latin America Resource and Training Center based in Panama, which is strategically located to host LAAST classes, Ministerial Enrichment Seminars, Missionary formation, teacher training, and NextGen conferences for the LAC Region.

Many evangelism, construction and medical teams have partnered with the Fergusons over the past 25 years to reach the lost, to serve the hurting and to plant churches.
