Joshua & Olivia Kennard

Meet Joshua and Olivia Kennard! Born and raised in Pittsburgh, they married in 2019 and welcomed their son Silas in 2023. They have spent their years together serving the local church and leading teams on short-term missions trips. Before joining the team at Heart England, Joshua served as a worship pastor and Olivia served at a crisis pregnancy center. This will be their first-term serving as AGWM Missionary Associates. They are excited to join the team to plant Heart England.

Joshua was raised in a ministry home and is a third generation pastor. He has spent his life pursuing Jesus’ call on his life to lead people into a place of worship, in and out of the church building. He is called to equip the local church by writing songs and hymns. Olivia found Jesus in middle school, and went on her first missions trip shortly after. It was after that trip that she received the call to serve him as a full-time missionary, sharing the good news of Jesus to the lost and broken. She has spent her life helping others to take the steps to participate in the Great Commission. 

As a family they believe in reaching the nations for the sake of the Gospel, in Jesus name, through making disciples and writing music. The landscape of England, as a post-christian nation, is in deep need of the Gospel. A new fire needs to be lit on the altar and they believe the people of England will, once again, sing the praises of King Jesus! The Kennards are passionate about reaching their neighbors and the nations!
