My name is Brooke Davis, your missionary to Bolivia. I am a young gal in my early twenties who loves the color yellow, enjoys reading immensely, and is enthralled with all things Laura Ingalls Wilder and Jane Austen. I also deeply love the Lord and the place He has called me to - the nation of Bolivia.
Prior to pursuing ministry on the foreign field, I was blessed to serve under amazing men & women in the PenFlorida District who continue to encourage and inspire me as I walk in obedience to the Lord. For over a decade, I have been involved in children's ministry in PenFlorida, and now God has opened the door for me to serve children in Bolivia who would otherwise be living in prison with their parents. Children who once had no hope now have a bright future all because of Jesus and the people who have said, "Yes," to serving Him.
As the words of Psalm 78 state, “We will not hide these truths from our children, but we will tell them of the glorious deeds of the Lord.” My love for Jesus and my love for the children of Bolivia motivate me to pursue this dream – to build a brighter future where they will know that, “Though my father and mother abandon me, the Lord will take me in.” (Psalm 27:10)
