About

Kirstin has served in missions since 2015, assigned to Brussels, Belgium with Convoy of Hope Europe. Before coming into missions, she ran training operations for Chosen Battery of the Warrior Transition Brigade at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. She then moved to Cincinnati to manage conversions for Vantiv (now WorldPay) the world's largest payment processor.

As a part of Convoy of Hope Europe, she utilized her background in training and project development to improve church-led community development efforts across 27 countries in Europe and Eurasia. She holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Southeastern University, with a concentration in Russian Studies from the University of Nizhnii Novgorod in Russia. She also holds a Master's of Public Policy degree concentrating in National Security from George Mason University.

In 2020, Kirstin joined a church planting team in Tallinn, Estonia to promote church and discipleship multiplication, as a part of the Area's effort to re-write the spiritual destiny of Estonia. Through COVID, she assisted the team with outreach and discipleship events. In 2022, after the most recent invasion of Ukraine, she was asked to join Disaster Response efforts in Poland working not only as the Eurasia Northwest liaison with Convoy of Hope for bringing aid into Ukraine,  but for also proving support for the refugees flooding out of the country as well. This included managing a building project to renovate an abandoned building into refugee housing in Katowice, Poland and hosting 12 construction teams from Builders International on-site in less than a six month period. The Katowice Refugee Center was dedicated in January of 2023.

In 2023, Kirstin rejoined AGWM's Europe Region, and Convoy of Hope's Europe team as the Program Director for all of Convoy of Hope's program activity on the continent. Now headquartered in Rincón de la Victoria, Spain, Kirstin will be overseeing the development and ensuring the quality of agriculture, empowerment, and children's feeding program activity across Europe.
