Our Family
Hi! We’re Dean and Emily Hartsell. We have 3 really awesome TCKs (Third Culture Kids): Lily Maye, Annabeth, and Garrett. We met at Central Bible College and began children’s pastoring before we graduated. We’ve served in West Africa since 2014.
Vision
We serve in Senegal, partnering with the National Church to reach the country for Jesus. We serve in several ways, including children’s ministry, building tabernacles, teaching at the Bible Institute, and training lay leaders. Senegal is a Muslim country, with 0.2% Evangelical Christians. We believe we are at the cusp of a spiritual awakening in Senegal. In partnership with our National Church, we believe spiritual eyes and hearts will be opened and that Jesus will be Lord of the Senegalese. And we believe for a thriving church within walking distance of every African!
