Joe & Noemi grew up in Milwaukee, WI and served as pastors in the USA for 5 1/2 years.
They received appointment as AG missionaries and moved to Spain to serve as church planters in 1991. They established churches in the Canary Islands and Madrid. Joe also taught part-time in Bible Institutes in several locations in Europe.
From 2005-2014 the Szabos served with Global University (GU), an accredited university in over 150 countries with over 200 offices worldwide. Joe developed evangelism and discipleship materials and traveled around the world preaching, teaching, and coordinating the operations of the GU offices.
The Szabos led Brussels Christian Center from March 2015-July 2017 during which time the church experienced growth, particularly among ministry to refugees flooding Europe.
Joe & Noemi now serve as Area Directors for Southern Europe. They lead the missionary team and serve as a link to national church leadership in Portugal, Spain, the Canary Islands, Andorra, Italy, Malta, Greece and Cyprus.
