Pat and Suzanne were called to missions out of their involvement in Chi Alpha Campus Ministries. They have served in French-speaking Africa for over 25 years. They initially spent 4 years in the former Zaire, until the war that began in the 1990's forced them to leave. They then served in Togo, West Africa before returning again to Zaire (now known at the Democratic Repubic of Congo).
Pat's passion has always been in bible school ministry and leadership development. For the past 5 years he has been the Area Director for Central Africa. In this role he is the team leader for our missionary efforts in the 7 countries that make up Central Africa; Cameroon, Central Africa Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Nigeria and the Republic of Congo. He works with our missionaries and natioal church leaders to strategize and accomplish our shared goals for reaching, planting, taining and serving Central Africa.
Suzanne is a registered nurse with a specialty in public health and development. She works with national and local churches on developing programs to reach out and minister to their communities, touching the tangible needs of others as a way to show the love and compassion of Christ.
Pat and Suzanne have 3 children who were raised in Africa; Benjamin, Abigail and Emily.
