Randy and Tessa believe that the Church is God's vehicle for accomplishing his purposes in the world. God has called them to train African pastors and church leaders who will make disciples and reach the poor and suffering with the gospel.
Randy's passion is the Bible and Bible school ministry. He holds a PhD in Old Testament and archaeology. Currently, he teaches biblical studies at various sites across East Africa and helps to develop resources for Bible schools on the continent.
Tessa is a critical care advanced practice provider. She develops church-based medical clinics, works with Vital Solutions, Africa Oasis, and serves on the WorldServe Kenya board. She is passionate about coming alongside the indigenous church across the African continent to develop and implement sustainable healthcare initiatives.
Randy and Tessa have been living in Nairobi since 2018 with their two sons, Jackson (13 yrs) and Jansen (3 yrs).
