Mark and Ellen are founder and executive directors of Oasis Center serving the least-reached immigrants and refugees in the inner-city of Madrid. At Oasis Center, they not only meet the needs of the community, they train volunteers to connect them with students in very vibrant ways. Many of those they serve have never met a sincere Christian believer before. Mark and Ellen have an international core team that help to run Oasis Center in two different locations. They also direct discipling and giving practical help to the growing refugee population. Mark and Ellen serve on the AG Europe Refugee Response Team and believe that the key to making a difference among the refugees is not only integration of language, but also for the local church to engage in meaningful ways.
Mark is a popular teacher both in Spain, Europe and around the world as he partners with Global Initiative, The Pentecostal European Missions Network and Bible schools to mobilize the church and launch believers in the great commission toward the least reached.
