Arnie & Jenna lead a church planting team in the Spanish city of Vigo. Vigo is the largest city in the region of Galicia, situated on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. The Gallego people are a unique people group with their own distinct language and culture, and today only 0.4% of Gallegos have a personal relationship with Jesus. Arnie & Jenna's desire is to plant a Gospel-centered, Spanish-shaped church in the heart of the city. Their ministry platform is a cultural center that engages with secular Spainards through English-based activities and social opporunities for university students and families. Arnie and Jenna are from Texas and met at Southwestern Assemblies of God University. They served as Associate Pastors in Houston, Texas before moving to Spain in 2019 and joining the Secular Peoples Initiative. Since their arrival on the field, their hearts and home have been filled with Spanish friends as they endeavored to embed themselves in their neighborhood, cultuivate relationships, serve their community, and plant the church amongst secular non-believers.
