Assemblies of God World Missionaries Mark and Lynda Hausfeld currently serve the Muslim world through their assignment with International Ministries.
Lynda Hausfeld was raised by missionary parents in the Dominican Republic. She graduated from Evangel University with credentials to teach English and Spanish. Her degrees have enabled much of her family's ministry at home and abroad.
Following the Hausfelds' marriage in 1984, Mark and Lynda pastored and church-planted in urban Chicago settings for ten years. Their city ministry transitioned them into a wonderful season of life and work in the heart of the 10/40 Window.
They worked in Pakistan for 6 years, and then for 8 ½ years they served as AGWM Area Directors for Central Eurasia's 10 Islamic nations. God used their years in the Muslim world to turn Lynda's heart toward the cause of reaching women in those lands and beyond. Lynda now directs Say Hello: Serving Muslim Women (https://www.sayhelloinfo.com). The Global Initiative-based entity (https://www.reachingmuslimpeoples.com) inspires and equips Christian women for the joy of sharing Christ-like, redemptive friendships with their Muslim neighbors everywhere.
Mark founded and currently directs the Center for the Study of World Religions (https://www.centerforthestudyofworldreligions.org/), and the Institute for Ministerial Wholeness (https://www.imwholeness.org).
