David and Haley spent 11 years in full-time pastoral ministry before being appointed as career missionaries to Patagonia, Argentina in October 2020. They have a passion for training leaders, building teams, and helping build the Church. They are excited to take their experience and passion to southern Argentina where they will empower and equip Argentine men and women to become pastors and church planters through the Bible Insistute of Patagonia. They are also passionate about helping graduates of B.I.P. plant churches in the Southern Cone. Currently the Burdicks are at Cincel Culture and Language Training Center in San Jose, Costa Rica. They have been studying Spanish for 10 months and will graduate August of 2023. They will head to Patagonia after graduation. Their four boys, ages 16, 14, 13, and 12, are learning Spanish and enjoying the MK school at Cincel. They play futbol with a San Jose city league and are loving life in Costa Rica.
