About
AGWM Europe missionaries from 2003-2017, AGUSM with PF Youth Development from 2017-2021, and now back with AGWM under the International Ministries, we aim to further the development and training of youth ministries, and to train leaders through the Oral Learners Initiative. We are also the coordinators for the Missionary Associates of Pen Florida World Missions department. This is in pursuit of our calling and continued passion to reach the lost, train leaders, and develop youth ministries, so that all will hear the Gospel and know the risen savior, Jesus Christ!
Jeff and Aileen were the assistant national youth directors for the Pentecostal European Fellowship. Living in Austria and Belgium for three terms, they have been connected with 28 nations in Europe helping to develop youth ministry. Before pursuing their call into missions, they were youth pastors in the Pen FL District and the Appalachian District for 8 years. This attributes to 29 years of full time ministry and youth ministry experience with 21 of those years being in missions!
