About

Luke and Bethanie Storer and their seven children: Deborah, Ezra, Nehemiah, Simeon, Esther, Ezekiel, & Daniel are missionary associates with Africa's Hope. The Storers began in ministry by pastoring in the rural, ranching community of Mullen, Nebraska for eight and a half years. When they sensed God guiding them toward world missions, they first planned to serve in Armenia. However, unexpected changes caused them to go to Africa instead. The Storer's were delighted to serve in Malawi, Africa. During their time in Malawi, they grew in their understanding of cultural differences and the unique challenges facing the church in Africa. While adapting to life in Malawi and beginning to learn to speak Chichewa, Luke also had the opportunity to teach at the Malawi Assemblies of God Institute of Theology. Training people for ministry has always been Luke's passion. The need for Pentecostal pastors who know the Word of God and who can discern the difference between the Gospel and destructive false teaching pulls at his heart. Although the Storer's time in Africa was cut short by the global pandemic, they are still investing in pastoral training. Luke now works for Africa's Hope. Africa's Hope is an Assemblies of God ministry focused on resourcing the pastoral training schools across Africa. Luke devotes his time each day to ministry projects that will impact the lives of thousands of pastoral leaders. We firmly believe that Spirit-empowered, biblically trained leaders are the hope of Africa! Learn more about Africa's Hope with this video: https://vimeo.com/africashope
