The Doves were lead pastors in Pennsylvania and Ohio prior to World Missions.
First assigned as World Missionaries to the Communist nation of Laos in Asia, the Doves helped team plant the first five Pentecostal churches in Laos history.
Jeffrey became Area Director in April of 1998 and lead the team in the countries of Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam and Myanmar for 14 years.
Through the Asia Pacific Board of Regents, the Asia Pacific Students Abroad initiative and the Bangkok Translation Centre, Jeffrey's focus on building leaders has been a missional core value.
In July 2012, Jeffrey was appointed as Director to lead LIFE Publishers International and the Assemblies of God Bible Alliance. He brings to the table a passion for the FireBible and leader development through strategic partnerships and declared vision and purpose.
