About

Allen & JoAnn have been Foreign Missionaries to Latin America since 1988.  They arrived in Ecuador in 1992 with a passion to minister full-time with unreached people groups, targeting the Quichua who represent 42% of the country's population.  God's favor with efforts in evangelism, medical teams, church planting, construction teams and discipleship produced amazing results including the founding of a Quichua Bible School and Indigenous District with Allen being the first District Superintendent.

Over 50 churches have been established in remote Andean areas with students from the Bible School.  Training National Pastors and leaders has always been a priority in order to fulfill the Indigenous Church Principles of being self-propagating, self-governing and self-supporting.  Today that is a reality for both the Bible School and the Indigenous District with the ministry expanding throughout Ecuador.

Now as the Director of FACULTAD, the Martins are mentoring, training, and equiping National Pastors in all of Spanish speaking Latin America through training modules held throughout the year in one of our twelve extension sites in Ecuador, Cuba, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, Costa Rica, and the United States.
