About

Seven years ago I had a powerful experience with God that changed my life forever. Previous to this experience, I was nearing a point where I no longer believed in the existence of God. I was addicted to drugs and I used them multiple times every day. I had battled homosexuality since I was a small child and had been living as a lesbian for ten years.

God crashed into my life one night and revealed His love for me and His existence through many miracles. I could no longer deny God’s existence or His interest in me as His daughter.

In that evening of miracles and revelation, God told me that He wanted me to be a missionary. I moved back home to Ohio a year after this monumental, life-changing event. I began taking ministry classes and growing in my relationship with God. I learned to hear God’s voice and obey what He asks me to do. I learned to pray for healing and expect miracles to abound when I do His work.

During the last four years, I have developed a relationship with missionaries David and Marie Turner. They have been missionaries in Honduras, Panama and now they are transitioning to Guatemala. Their ministry is multifaceted, and one piece is training local church leaders in helping people with life-controlling issues, such as addiction. The Turners have asked me to serve with them in Guatemala. My personal background with addiction, the joy I feel when ministering to those with addiction, and God’s clear direction in this matter has lead me to join them.

Thank you for prayerfully considering to partner with me as I follow God's plan.
