Kayla & Erik Erickson

Friends for years and married in July 2020, Erik and Kayla are excited to be returning to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to continue working with Urban Tribes in planting high impact churches in the urban centers. They will be involved in ministering to and developing the influential men and women who shape business, education and culture to Ethiopia and surrounding nations in Africa.

Both have served many years in their home church; both as interns and volunteer leaders, Erik as a youth director and Kayla on the missions board. Kayla and Erik both served with Urban Tribes in Ethiopia previously. They helped to develop ministries and leaders while building life-long friendships.

Exciting things are happening throughout Ethiopia and God is moving! There is more to be started, a church planting movement in the urban centers taking place across the continent, and influencers ready to be empowered.
