Jonathan & Brittany Hollingsworth

Jonathan experienced the call to missions early in his life as a follower of Jesus. Brittany initially encountered the Call to serve as Jonathan's helpmate but during their time at Central Bible College the Call to missions & the unreached became the Calling of their marriage. After graduation and several years serving as staff pastors in Mobile, AL they took their first step into missions on a Live Dead team in Kolkata, India reaching Muslim Bengalis. 

During their years in India they learned Bengali, participated in local Muslim culture and life, established a business that has lifted nearly 100 households from crushing poverty, built connections with rural, Muslim villages and shared the Message, discipling new Jesus-followers. Working as team and at times alone God has been faithful to their family and to the Muslim families God desires to bless through Jesus. God blessed the years of faithfulness through establishing a house church full of young, committed men and women who desire to see their people reached. 

Now God has called them to pioneer the first church planting team in the Balkan's country of Montenegro. The language, context and culture have changed but the same calling to relational, face to face evangelism and discipleship remain the same. We dream of a church planting movement in Montenegro and beyond into the Balkans. One that begins with sharing the gospel in order to make disciples who make disciples who form Christ-centered communities that plant other Christ-centered communities that cascades into a movement of new life, purpose and identity for Montenegro. An identity of which the Living Christ is the Source and God becomes all in all in the Black Mountain Republic.
