This is our story: I, Lloyd Jr., am an A/G missionary kid born and raised on the mission field. My parents are Lloyd and Rozella Marsh who spent 52 years living overseas as missionaries. Ana Maria was born in Spain to a Canadian father and a Bolivian mother and raised in Brazil and Bolivia. Ana Maria was led to the Lord by a missionary starting a church in her community in La Paz, Bolivia. We met in High School in La Paz, Bolivia and were married in that same city years later.
In the spring of 1994 we received our AGWM appointment and returned to the nation of our youth- Bolivia. In the years spent in Bolivia we were instrumental in translating and starting the Junior and Teen Bible quiz program, starting a church in La Paz, and starting an English Christian school that is ministering to children to this very day. In 2004, the Lord moved us and our two children to Venezuela where we saw many young people begin their walk in God. This created the need to start a “Master’s Commission” to begin their apprenticeship in knowing and following Jesus. Soon we had a children and youth home so the Lord led us to buy a farm which brought financial stability to these ministries. Because of the political situation we were not able to stay in Venezuela which was a very heart wrenching decision.
In 2015, the Lord opened a door to us in the northern desert of Chile where our assignment was to start a new church in the city of Iquique. The Lord connected us with a family from India who desired to study Gods Word in English. That Bible study grew to be an English church in a Spanish country reaching Hindu people in a catholic nation something only God could put together.
- Pray that God would prepare workers to join us in starting new churches in the northern desert of Chile. as we dream to start 10 new churches by 2024
- Pray God "grant to your servants to continue to speak your word with all boldness, while you stretch out your hand to heal, and signs and wanders are performed through the Name of your Holy servant Jesus. (Acts 4:29-30)
- Pray that the Lord make a way in the desert. (Isiah 43:19)
